The service is deliberately simple. So is its scope.
What do I need to prepare?
One to five `.doc`, `.docx` or `.pdf` files, your logo and useful images. Documents may contain up to 20,000 words in total. You do not need to restructure them first.
Do I need to create an account?
No. V1 does not require a customer account. The order, proposals and delivery are connected to your email address.
How are the five pages selected?
Contact is always included. SendAndDone derives the other four sections from your content, your activity and what visitors need to understand first.
Can I choose the design before paying?
No. Production starts after payment. You then receive two genuine proposals designed around your content and choose the one to apply to the complete website.
What if neither proposal suits me?
You can request a full refund before selecting a direction and starting production of the complete website.
Can SendAndDone invent information?
Content is written from your source material. The process clarifies and organises without adding absent facts. If essential information is missing, it must not be fabricated.
Can the website be bilingual?
Yes. Choose French, English or both. Both languages are included in the single price.
What will the website address be?
V1 publishes the website at a public address such as `www.sendanddone.com/mywebsite`. Connecting a custom domain is not included in this version.
Can I change the website later?
Yes. You receive the complete ZIP. Any developer can change or rehost it. SendAndDone does not provide a CMS or editorial maintenance in V1.
Which corrections are included?
For 30 days we correct clear production defects: broken links, truncated content, missing images, language errors, mobile issues or an incorrect ZIP. Content changes and visual redesigns are not included.
Does hosting renew automatically?
No. One year of hosting is included. There is no automatic renewal, and the ZIP lets you move the website elsewhere.
